AI Teammate Setup: AI agents for small business tasks, set up properly

A fixed-price setup service for businesses that use Grok Bot, which can run AI teammates (bots) that work on your behalf. Getting one to do a real business job well takes clear instructions, the right app connections and a schedule. We set that up for you at a fixed price, in your own account, for jobs like drafting follow-ups on open estimates, drafting replies to new reviews, or preparing a list of overdue invoices with draft reminders. By default, a bot prepares drafts and you approve anything before it goes out.

Independent service. Clearwork Automations is not affiliated with or endorsed by the maker of Grok Bot. Grok and Grok Bot are their trademarks.
Your account, your bill. All work happens in your own Grok Bot account, which you own and pay for separately. Grok Bot is included on The X Subscription's Premium plan ($30/month) and higher plans, not on Plus or Free (list prices at x.ai/pricing on Oct 26, 2026; taxes extra, and prices can change). Heavier use can need a higher plan or usage top-ups, which are also yours.
No passwords, and you share access. We never ask for passwords in a form and never sign in to your account. You share access yourself: you stay signed in and connect your own apps while we guide you on a call, or you install a setup we send you as an official share link.
No guaranteed results. We set up and test what's in scope. We can't promise more leads, reviews, replies or payments.

How it works

Buy and fill in the questionnaire (about 10 minutes): the task, the apps involved, your Grok Bot plan, and what a bot must never do.
We build and test the setup in our own workspace using sample data, not yours: the bot's instructions, its skills and its scheduled routines.
Guided session. On a call, you install the setup in your account and connect your apps through their own sign-in screens. We check that each routine runs.
Handoff. You get a written handoff doc and a recorded walkthrough, plus 2 rounds of revisions.

Delivery times are business days, counted from when the questionnaire is in and the first guided session is booked. They pause while we're waiting on you.

Not included

Your Grok Bot plan, any usage top-ups, and your other app subscriptions.
Apps that can't be connected to Grok Bot, and custom code or integrations. We'll tell you in writing before work starts if your apps don't fit, and refund you in full if we haven't started.
Bots that send messages, pay, delete or sign anything without your approval. Drafts for your approval are the default.
Legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and running the bots for you day to day.

Honest about where we are

This is a new offer from a small, new service. We don't have client case studies for it yet, and we'd rather say so than invent them. Our fixed-price n8n builds are on the home page, with a demo build you can look through.

Questions

Do I need my own Grok Bot plan?

Yes. Everything runs in your own account, which you own and pay for. On The X Subscription, Grok Bot is included on Premium ($30/month) and higher, not on Plus or Free (list prices on Oct 26, 2026; check x.ai/pricing for current prices). If you're on an older Cursor or SuperGrok plan, check your plan's Grok Bot access before you buy.

Will you log in to my account?

No. We never ask for your password and never sign in as you. You stay signed in and connect your own apps while we guide you, or you install a setup we send as an official share link. You can remove or change anything at any time.

Will the bots send emails or messages as me?

Not by default. Bots prepare drafts and you approve each one. If you later want something to send on its own, that's your decision, and we'll set it up only after you ask in writing.

What if my apps can't be connected?

Tell us in the questionnaire. If the task can't be done with the apps you use, we'll say so in writing before starting, and you get a full refund if we haven't started. See the scope and refund policy.

Who owns the setup?

You keep it. It lives in your account, you get the handoff doc and walkthrough, and we give you written permission to use, change and re-share the setup we build, so you're not tied to us.

Are you part of the company that makes Grok Bot?

No. Clearwork Automations is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by the maker of Grok Bot.

Can you guarantee results?

No. We set up and test what's in scope, and we fix anything that doesn't work as agreed during the revision window. We don't promise business results.
